Nikki Reed Reunites With Twilight Parents Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser: Picture

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson aren't the only former Twilight costars who've been meeting up in recent weeks. Nikki Reed -- who played vampire Rosalie Hale in the smash saga -- also staged a mini reunion with some of her Twilight family on Friday, Nov. 1, when she met up with ex-cast members Peter Facinelli and Elizabeth Reaser, who played her adoptive parents, Carlisle and Esme Cullen.

Reed shared a photo of the trio's lunch date via Instagram. The pic showed the 25-year-old actress sitting next to Reaser, 38, with a grinning, baseball cap-wearing Facinelli, 39, across the table.

"I love my fam. Thanks for the soup, cookies, and company @hotpantsusa and @peterfacinelli," she captioned the image, using her costars' Instagram names to tag them in the snapshot.

Incidentally, Reed and Facinelli are also set to reunite on the evening of Monday, Nov. 4, with fellow Twilight alum Jackson Rathbone. They're part of the new Twilight Forever Fan Experience Exhibit opening at Planet Hollywood in New York City's Times Square, which commemorates the fifth anniversary of the Twilight Saga's original theatrical debut in 2008.

Speaking about the film series in a joint interview with Reed and Facinelli for The Hollywood Reporter last year, prior to the release of the final installment, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2, Reaser said the ending was bittersweet.

"I feel like we got to finish it, which was never a done deal. You know, the reason we got to finish it was because the fans keep coming out and supporting the movie. So in that way it feels very satisfying," she explained of the global blockbuster franchise based on Stephenie Meyer's bestselling books. "But I miss seeing these [guys]. They're like family."

Reed echoed that sentiment in an interview with Movieline. "It feels really sad, and there are not many moments in your life when you can consciously close a chapter," she said. "You reach a milestone like you're graduating college, and you're like, oh -- I'm aware that this is going to completely change my life when this is done."

She continued: "It's really sad for me. I feel really sad. Everyone else is like, "No, It's fun and exciting!' and it's all those things, too. But it's hard to know what an experience this has been, and be conscious of that, and still know that it's done."
