The mom to 4-month-old North West stepped out in a sexy, black, PVC leather pencil skirt paired with a sheer, white, crop top and strappy, metallic-gold stiletto sandals.

The 33-year-old beauty sported a similar look during Paris Fashion Week back in September. During one of Kardashian's high profile appearances with her beloved Kanye West, the curvy reality star donned a white shirt tucked into a high-waisted, nude-colored PVC pencil skirt by Tom Ford.

Kardashian has already shed 50 pounds since giving birth to her daughter thanks to the high-protein, low-carb Atkins Diet. The future Mrs. West, who endured an overwhelming amount of "fat-shaming" during her high-profile pregnancy, told Jay Leno that the criticism "really hurt." She added, "It changed how I am in public. I've tried to live more of a private life."
